Products or Services
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and details of all our products that appear on the website. However, due to variations in monitor display, and the hand made nature of our products, we cannot guarantee that your display of colour and details will be accurate. We recommend customers order samples before purchasing goods. Images online are as accurate as possible to match the product but can differ to those shown.
Every effort is made to ensure that the Products we supply correspond as closely as possible to what is displayed online, but there may be variations as all goods are hand made. No responsibility can be accepted for these variations, which all add to the unique features of our Products including but not limited to the following:
• On fabric the shade may vary slightly from one printing batch to another.
• There is a 3% allowance on fabric alignment.
• All measurements are approximate. Please allow +/- 2 cm variance on sizes stated.
On delivery, and before installation please check the products carefully for any possible defects. Kerrie Brown Pty Ltd cannot accept liability for defects in the condition or the printing of the product, including matching that are apparent at the time of installation, nor can we be responsible for any consequential loss.
If you believe that any of our products may be defective or of unsatisfactory quality, please notify us with details and photos as soon as possible. If we decide the goods are faulty and at the fault Kerrie Brown Pty Ltd, we will replace the product. Quality issues are to be raised prior to installation. Providing the quality issue was visible prior to installation, failure to adhere to this will mean Kerrie Brown Pty Ltd is no longer liable for this claim.

Orders
Your order becomes binding once it has been accepted by Kerrie Brown Pty Ltd.

For payments made by direct deposit, production will commence once we receive confirmation that the payment has been successfully processed.
All orders are subject to availability and the discretion of the artist. It is your responsibility to ensure that all details of your order are correct and meet your requirements—including measurements, dimensions, product features, access, and delivery details.
We reserve the right to refuse or limit any order at our discretion. If we make any changes to or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you using the contact details provided at the time of purchase.
Cancellation Policy
You are unable to cancel your order once we have accepted your order and your payment has been received. The goods are ordered and shipped specifically to your order.

Kerrie Brown Pty Ltd may use the email and postal address you provide when making an enquiry to send you newsletters or promotional material from Kerrie Brown Pty Ltd only.
