All Kerrie Brown products are proudly designed and manufactured in Australia.

Shipping & Delivery

All local and international orders are shipped from our studio in Sydney, Australia.

  • Upon placing an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates based on item availability and your chosen shipping method.

  • For international shipments, please email us at sales@kerriebrown.com for a shipping quote.

Processing Times & Delays

  • Orders are processed within 2–3 business days.

  • Our studio operates Monday to Thursday—orders are not shipped on weekends or public holidays.

  • High order volumes may cause slight shipping delays. If a significant delay occurs, we will contact you via email or phone.

Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with tracking details.

International Shipping

  • We can ship to most international destinations, though some product restrictions may apply.

  • Please email us at sales@kerriebrown.com with your purchase enquiry for a shipping quote.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • Kerrie Brown Pty Ltd is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or additional fees imposed during or after shipping.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

  • Kerrie Brown Pty Ltd is not liable for products damaged or lost during transit.

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipment carrier directly to file a claim.

  • Be sure to retain all packaging materials and damaged items for the claims process.
