At Kerrie Brown, we take pride in the design and craftsmanship of our products. As a bespoke business, all custom orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are deemed faulty or damaged.
In-Stock Items
For in-stock items purchased via kerriebrown.com, we offer exchanges or credit notes. To initiate an exchange, please contact us at sales@kerriebrown.com within 7 days of receiving your order. You will then have an additional 7 days to return the item(s) to us.

Faulty or Damaged Goods
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you believe your item is faulty, contact us within 7 days at sales@kerriebrown.com with photographs and a description of the issue. We will review your claim and advise on the next steps.
