Our regular courier partners are operating, however due to the COVID-19 pandemic there may be delays. You will be sent tracking details for your order to review any amended timing expectation.


We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Deliveries within Australia and internationally can be be sent via DHL. For sales not through our website, we will offer insurance for your shipment at an additional fee. If you choose not to pay for insurance we are not responsible for the goods once they leave our studio. Shipping is the responsibility of the client and not Kerrie Brown Pty Ltd.

Returns & Exchanges

Please choose carefully as there is no refund or exchange without prior arrangement, once the order has been processed unless, for some reason, the product is faulty.
 We do not consider colour variations in print runs a fault. For a full refund on faulty goods you need to contact us and return the item to us within 7 days of receiving it. 
In this instance the shipping charges will be waived. We recommend you use registered post or a trackable courier when returning an item, as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit.
